[owncloud-devel] release schedule and versioning changes

Hi,

Have you considered using yy.mm versioning?
Like 15.02, 15.05, 15.08 ...
Even easier to remember for both devs and users.

The only drawback is that users may think v15.02 is two times better than
v7 :)
