[owncloud-devel] Transparent / clear informations about delayed updates

Hi Chris,

it might be due to the risc you run into, when all client/server user 
try to download the new version at the same time. The download server 
might get overwhelmed...?

These are just some thoughts, maybe others can help with more details.
